1. Seller’s details

The Zona di Lusso online store, available at zonadilusso.com, is operated by:
PHU Pawel Polak
Kazimierza Pużaka 26
38-400 Krosno, Poland
VAT ID: PL 677-202-55-46.

2. Scope of these Terms and definitions

These Terms set out the rules for using the Store, placing and fulfilling orders, payment, delivery, withdrawal from the contract, and complaints. A Customer is a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit making a purchase. A Consumer is a person carrying out an activity not directly related to their business or professional activity. Statutory consumer rights also apply to an entrepreneur enjoying consumer rights.

3. Technical requirements and use of the Store

  • To use the Store you need a device with internet access, an up-to-date browser, an active e-mail address, and enabled support for necessary cookies and JavaScript.
  • The Customer should provide data that is true, complete, and necessary to fulfil the order.
  • It is prohibited to supply unlawful content or to take actions that disrupt the functioning of the Store.

4. Products, availability, and handmade production

Information on product pages includes, in particular, the key features, price, and availability. Products marked as available are fulfilled first from current stock. Any stated production time is additional information and applies only once stock is exhausted; the production time will then be confirmed before the order is accepted for fulfilment.

Due to handmade production and natural materials, including wood, stone, or resin, individual items may differ in grain pattern, shade, and detail. Such natural variations do not constitute non-conformity of the product with the contract, provided the product retains the agreed features and function.

5. Placing orders and conclusion of the contract

Orders may be placed at any time. The Customer selects the product, variant, and quantity, provides delivery details, chooses an available delivery and payment method, reviews the order summary, and places the order using a button indicating the obligation to pay. Before submitting the order, the Customer may correct the data and the contents of the cart.

After the order is placed, the Store sends confirmation of its receipt. The sales contract is concluded once the order is confirmed as accepted for fulfilment. In the event of an obvious pricing error, inability to fulfil the order, or the need to agree an individual specification, the Seller will contact the Customer before fulfilment and will refund any payment received if the contract is not concluded.

6. Prices, promotions, and payments

Prices include applicable VAT, where relevant. The price currency and the final amount, including delivery cost, are shown before the order is placed. For international sales, target prices and delivery costs are shown in euros. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout on each occasion.

When communicating a price reduction, the Store also states the lowest price of the product in the 30 days preceding the reduction, in accordance with applicable regulations. If the product has been offered for less than 30 days, the lowest price since it started being offered is stated.

7. Delivery and its cost

Deliveries are made to the address indicated by the Customer. For international shipments, the planned carriers are DPD and DHL; the available carrier and delivery time are indicated before the order is placed. Responsibility for properly securing the shipment and fulfilling delivery in accordance with the contract rests with the Seller.

Shipment typeDelivery countryAmount paid by the Customer
Small parcelGermanyEUR 10
Small parcelFranceEUR 10
Small parcelItalyEUR 15
Small parcelOther supported foreign countriesEUR 15
Medium parcelSupported foreign countriesEUR 30
Large table / oversized shipmentSupported foreign countriesEUR 500

The amounts shown represent the portion of the delivery cost paid by the Customer; the Seller covers the remainder. The final shipment classification and cost are shown in the cart or confirmed before the contract is concluded. Domestic delivery cost and timing are shown at checkout.

8. Receiving the shipment

The Customer should check the condition of the shipment upon receipt, to the extent possible under the circumstances. Visible damage is worth photographing and reporting to the carrier and the Seller. The absence of a damage report does not deprive the consumer of statutory rights arising from non-conformity of the product with the contract.

9. Withdrawal from the contract and returns

The Consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. The detailed procedure, return address, cost-settlement rules, and withdrawal form template can be found on the Returns Policy page, which forms part of these Terms. The direct cost of a standard return is borne by the Buyer. Refunds are made in accordance with the rules described in the Returns Policy.

10. Personalized products

If a product is made to the Customer’s individual specification or is intended to meet their individualized needs, the right of withdrawal may not apply. Information about such an exclusion, and the scope of personalization, will be provided before the order is placed. Standard products available from stock are not treated as personalized merely because they were handmade.

11. Complaints

The Seller is liable for the conformity of the product with the contract on the terms set out by law. A complaint may be sent to kontakt@zonadilusso.com or contakt@zonadilusso.com, or by post to the Seller’s address. It is helpful to provide the order number, a description of the issue and the request, and to attach photos if they assist assessment. The Seller will respond to a consumer’s complaint within 14 days. The costs of collecting or returning the product under an accepted complaint are borne by the Seller.

12. Customer account, content, and newsletter

Creating an account and subscribing to the newsletter are voluntary. The Customer may request deletion of the account and may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link in the message or by contacting the Store. It is prohibited to post unlawful content, content that infringes the rights of third parties, or content that compromises the security of the Store.

13. Personal data and cookies

The rules for processing personal data and using cookies are described in the Privacy Policy. Data is processed to the extent necessary to handle the order, payment, delivery, complaints, and — once an appropriate basis has been obtained — marketing communications.

14. Out-of-court dispute resolution

The Consumer may use the assistance of the municipal or district consumer ombudsman, the Trade Inspection, or another entity authorized to resolve consumer disputes out of court. Information on available procedures is published by the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK). Use of an out-of-court procedure is voluntary and does not exclude the right to go to court.

15. Final provisions

In matters not regulated herein, Polish law and applicable European Union regulations apply, subject to the mandatory consumer rights applicable in the consumer’s place of residence. The choice of Polish law does not deprive the consumer of the protection granted by provisions that cannot be excluded by contract. The competent court is determined under applicable regulations; these Terms do not impose on the consumer the exclusive jurisdiction of the court at the Seller’s registered office.

Changes to these Terms do not affect rights already acquired or the terms of orders placed before they take effect. The current version of these Terms is permanently available on this page in a form that allows it to be saved and reproduced.
